Where do you produce your puzzles?

We have suppliers in the United States and Hong Kong. This allows us to provide fast, free shipping around the globe.

How long will it take for me to get my puzzle?

It often takes us 1-2 business days to create your puzzle, and expected shipping times are shown below. We offer free shipping and tracking for all orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe.

- United States – 3-10 days
- Canada – 5-10 days
- UK & Europe – 7-10 days
- Australia – 7-20 days
- Rest of the world – 8-20 days

What can I print on a puzzle?

Nearly anything, as long as you have the rights to it. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ownership, if we see puzzle designs that appear to be copyrighted or trademarked content.

Do you sell wholesale for retail stores?

Yes, we do! Wholesalers enjoy tiered discounts, with a minimum order value of $50. You can sign up and login to your account here.

Where is my package?

All puzzles are handmade and so they take time to make. While rare, orders can take up to 10 days in North America (and 20 days aboard) to be delivered due to external factors (such as customs). We offer free shipping and tracking for all orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe.

If it's been more than 20 days since your order was placed and your products still haven't arrived, please reach out to use directly (help@personalizedpuzzles.co).

Do you offer bundle discounts?

Yes, we have bundle discounts that are automatically applied at checkout:

- Purchase any 2 puzzles and get $5 USD off your order.

- Purchase any 5 puzzles and get $20 USD off your order.

- Purchase any 10 puzzles and get $80 USD off your order.

Every year around the holidays, a group of friends found themselves asking: where can I find personalized, meaningful gifts for my family and friends?

The choice seemed to be between choosing something mass-produced on Amazon, or something prohibitively expensive and handmade.

That's why we launched Personalized Puzzles - to fill the empty, much-needed space between these options.

Now you can easily design a custom jigsaw puzzle, and we'll take care of the printing, packing, and shipping for you.

Return and refund policy

Did someone gift you a pre-designed puzzle that you already own? We'd love to help! We accept unopened and undamaged returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

Our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges

- Make sure the puzzle you're returning is unopened and undamaged

- Email us at help@personalizedpuzzles.co with the order details and we'll respond to your email within 48 hours

- If required, we'll email you a return shipping label

- Print your return label and mail back your puzzle

- Once received, please wait 7-10 business days for your exchange to process and we'll send you your new puzzle. For returns / refunds, please wait 7-10 business days to receive your refund back to your original payment method.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, then please reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
